We have established expert teams to support you in every aspect of your business – from site selection to grand opening as well as providing
guidance in your operations.
Training is a strong part of our system. All franchisees go through seventeen days of complete in store operations training, with two days in a classroom setting. Franchisees also receive an additional seven days of on-site training once a store opens. We continually provide ongoing training and support for franchise partners and their team members.
Our success in franchising will be based on targeted growth strategy and development expansion in the best locations and with the best partners.
d’Lite likes to equate the nature of a franchisor/franchisee relationship to that of a good committed partnership. Both parties need to engage in ongoing, transparent communication, commit to team work to reach established goals, provide superior support to one another when pursuing objectives, and consistently present a listening ear and willingness to collaborate and compromise, if needed.
We aim to partner with individuals who appreciate and can easily get on board with the operating spirit between the franchise community and corporate representatives. With collaboration, we will reach mutually beneficial business goals – a must for a thriving long-standing relationship. Equally as important is a commitment to uphold our d’Lite operation standards and established brand personality.
