PROMOTION

Don’t be shy, feel free to gloat about your outstanding place of work! Drop D’Lite Healthy On The Go unpunched punch cards to establishments wherever you spend; restaurants, bars, retail etc. This is the ‘service industry’ and they are great tippers! need you say more than ‘healthy fast-food’? It sells itself, right?! We guarantee that you will see these same people become loyal customers!

SHIFT & SCHEDULE REMINDERS

We are excited to have grown into using HotSchedules for all schedule related items. Please download the app and use to access your schedule, request days off, request shift changes etc. We hope you enjoy it!

 

The reminders listed below are also included in the General Policies & Standards provided in training as well as located on ESS.

Arrive 5 minutes early for a standard shift

Arrive 30 minutes early for an opening shift

If late for a shift, you will receive a write-up and potential tip loss for a day or week if opening shift or recur ring offense

If you need to switch a shift, make arrangements 24 hours in advance. A SHIFT CHANGE MUST BE AUTHORIZED AND CONFIRMED WITH THE MANAGER

If you have an emergency and cannot make your shift, contact the Manager ASAP

No call no show results in no job, no exceptions; the company considers this action a voluntary quit

Schedule requests and availability must be submitted 2 weeks in advance to the Manager by HotSchedules

Holiday requests must be submitted ASAP to the Manager by HotSchedules
